By accessing and using Subscout, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Subscout is a Reddit engagement assistant that helps users track subreddit activity, receive daily digests, and identify engagement opportunities. The service requires authentication with your Reddit account via OAuth.

3. Reddit OAuth and Data Access

By signing in with Reddit, you grant Subscout permission to access your Reddit account data including:

• Your Reddit username and profile information
• Read access to posts and comments in your selected subreddits
• Your voting and engagement history (if applicable)

We never access your Reddit password. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service. We do not post on your behalf without your explicit action.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our service
• Comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and community guidelines when engaging with content
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions on the service

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscout offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $12/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subscout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any actions you take based on suggestions provided by our service
• Reddit API downtime or rate limiting
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Bans or restrictions from Reddit resulting from your engagement

7. AI-Generated Content

Premium users receive AI-suggested responses powered by OpenAI. These suggestions are for reference only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI suggestions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to abusive behavior, spam, or misuse of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
