  • Database: PostgreSQL hosted on Neon with encryption at rest
  • Authentication tokens: Encrypted before storage
  • Application hosting: Vercel with SSL/TLS encryption
  • Access controls: Limited to authorized personnel only

While we implement security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Reddit API: To fetch posts, comments, and user data
  • OpenAI: To generate response suggestions for Premium users
  • Resend: To send email notifications and digests
  • Vercel: Application hosting and analytics
  • Neon: Database hosting

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data:

  • Account data: Until you delete your account
  • Reddit posts/comments: Cached for up to 15 minutes
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized indefinitely
  • Logs: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging
